After many years experience in car rental we have a good understanding of what you need to consider. Think about the number of passengers and luggage, the height and weight of the passengers, number and ages of children, rental period, planned time being spent actually in the car and the driving conditions.

How to book from Australia?

Car rental bookings are made before departure. All we need to know is the car size required and where and when you would like to pick up and drop off your vehicle. It's that simple! Ideally bookings are finalised one month prior to departing Australia however we do understand that plans can be delayed or change so it is possible to book a car up to 24 hours before departure from Australia.

Why book an early bird with World Cars?

Is it cheaper to book and pay before leaving Australia?

Definitely! Booking before you leave can save you a lot of money. World Cars negotiates the very best car hire rates with suppliers based on our volume and our clients booking in advance, take advantage of this! Some people wait to get overseas to book their car rental and are shocked to find sometimes the overseas rate can be more than twice the rate they could have got with World Cars. Also if you wait until you get overseas, you may not get the car you want or worse, you might not be able to get a car at all.

Payment and vouchers

Payment for your car is required before departing Australia. On receipt of payment a confirmation voucher will be forwarded to you with your complete rental details. Simply present this voucher to the car rental operator at your nominated location where they will have the car ready and waiting for you. Its that easy!
